全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的效果观察

摘要	探讨在糖尿病护理中采取全程健康教育模式的效用价值。方法研究中共选取110例患者进行对比实验，经诊断均为糖尿病症状，采取摇号方式将其分为对照与观察两个组别，前者沿用常规护理模式，后者在此基础上进行全程健康教育，对比两组实际应用效果。结果经相关数据表明，观察组患者在护理后血糖指标明显低于对照组及护理前，与此同时疾病相关知识掌握情况显著提升（P＜0.05）。结论对于糖尿病患者而言，全程健康教育的实施不仅能够有效提高其对疾病的认知程度，对血糖指标水平的控制也可起到积极促进作用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the utility value of whole-course health education model in diabetes care. Methods A total of 110 cases of patients were selected for comparative experiment, the diagnosis of diabetes symptoms, take the lottery way will be divided into control and observation two groups, the former use conventional nursing mode, the latter on the basis of the full health education, compared the two groups of practical application effect. Results The relevant data showed that the blood glucose index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and before care, and the knowledge of disease was significantly improved at the same time (P < 0.05). Conclusion For diabetic patients, the implementation of whole-course health education can not only effectively improve their cognition of the disease, but also play a positive role in promoting the control of blood sugar index level.
