老年骨质疏松性腰背痛的中医药治疗护理分析

摘要	研究在老年骨质疏松性腰背痛治疗中应用中医药治疗护理起到的护理效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月本院收治的60例骨质疏松性腰背痛患者为观察对象，随机将这60例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用中医药治疗护理方式，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到护理效果。结果应用中医治疗护理方式的观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组，治疗中出现不良反应的概率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在骨质疏松性腰背痛患者治疗中应用中医药治疗方式能够实现疾病的有效缓解，其治疗过程中患者出现多种不良反应的概率也较低，因此值得在临床实践中应用。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic low back pain. Methods Sixty patients with osteoporotic low back pain admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects, and these 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients to understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods. Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the probability of adverse reaction was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic low back pain can achieve effective relief of the disease, and the probability of multiple adverse reactions in the treatment process is also low, so it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
