分析小儿肺炎患者实施综合护理干预的临床有效性及对并发症的预防价值

摘要	肺炎患儿在本院治疗中拟定综合护理，探究该护理方法对疾病及并发症的干预价值。方法于2022年1月开始收集病例，2022年12月结束收集，符合纳入标准的肺炎患儿有80例，基于护理方案分组，A组、B组均为40例，两组依次采取普通护理、综合护理干预，评价两组患者的治疗效果及并发症情况、肺功能。结果 B组有效率显著高于A组，p<0.05。B组患儿肺功能比A组好，p<0.05。B组患儿并发症发生率比A组低，p<0.05。结论小儿肺炎作为威胁患儿健康的疾病，肺炎治疗不及时易发生并发症，实施综合护理对提升治疗效果及降低并发症发生率具有重要意义。
Abstract	Objective Develop comprehensive care in the treatment of our hospital, and explore the intervention value of this nursing method for diseases and complications. Methods The collection of cases began in January 2022 and ended in December 2022.80 children with pneumonia met the inclusion criteria. Based on the grouping of nursing plan, 40 cases were in Group A and Group B. The two groups adopted general nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention to evaluate the treatment effect, complications and lung function of the two groups. Results Group B response rate was significantly higher than group A, p <0.05. Group B children had better lung function than group A, p <0.05. Group B children had a lower complication rate than group A, p <0.05. Conclusion As a disease threatening the health of children, pediatric pneumonia is easy to occur if the treatment of pneumonia is not timely. The implementation of comprehensive nursing is of great significance to improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
