摘要	探析内痔采取硬化剂注射+套扎术治疗过程中的临床护理效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年11月行硬化剂注射+套扎术治疗的内痔患者208例，随机分为观察组和对照组各104例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予围术期护理，对比效果。结果观察组有效率96.15%高于对照组82.69%（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率、住院时间、SAS评分、SDS评分以及VAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对于内痔患者来讲，在采取注射硬化剂与套扎术联合治疗期间采取临床护理干预措施可获得理想的干预效果，提升疗效。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of sclerosing agent injection+ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Methods 208 patients with internal hemorrhoids who were treated with sclerosing agent injection+ligation from October 2019 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 104 patients in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given perioperative care to compare the effects. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.15% higher than that of the control group 82.69% (P<0.05); The complication rate, hospitalization time, SAS score, SDS score and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with internal hemorrhoids, taking clinical nursing intervention measures during the combined treatment of injection of sclerosing agent and ligation can obtain ideal intervention effect and improve the efficacy.
