摘要	探讨新生儿红臀护理中行规范化护理的效果。方法本次抽取62例新生儿红臀患儿进行研究分析，选取时间在2019年2月-2021年2月，行随机抽签模式均分为2组，其中有31例采取常规护理设为参考组，有31例施行规范化护理设为实验组。对比2组护理效果。结果护理有效率中，实验组为93.55%，参考组为70.97%，可见实验组较高（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率中，实验组为6.45%，参考组为25.81%，可见实验组较低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度中，实验组为96.77%，参考组为67.74%，可见实验组较高（P＜0.05）。结论新生儿红臀护理中行规范化护理效果确切，能够有效消除患儿的相关症状，减少并发症产生，从而家长满意度较高。由此可见，此种护理方法具有重要的意义。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing in newborn red buttocks nursing. Methods 62 neonates with red buttocks were selected for research and analysis. The selected time was from February 2019 to February 2021. They were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 31 cases were treated with routine nursing as the reference group, and 31 cases were treated with standardized nursing as the experimental group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of nursing was 93.55% in the experimental group and 70.97% in the reference group, which showed that the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 6.45% in the experimental group and 25.81% in the reference group, which showed that the experimental group had a low incidence (P<0.05). In the nursing satisfaction, the experimental group was 96.77%, and the reference group was 67.74%, which showed that the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing in newborn red buttocks nursing has a definite effect, which can effectively eliminate the related symptoms of children, reduce the occurrence of complications, so that parents satisfaction is high. This shows that this kind of nursing method is of great significance.
