摘要	研究在小儿骨科护理中应用治疗性沟通起到的护理效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月本院小儿骨科收治的86例患儿为观察对象，随机将这86例患儿分为对照组和观察组，对照组患儿应用常规护理方式，观察组患儿使用治疗性沟通护理方式，通过对两组患儿基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果应用治疗性沟通方式的观察组患儿护理有效率高于对照组，患儿的积极配合率也高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在小儿骨科护理中应用治疗性沟通护理方式能够提升患儿的护理配合度，也能保障多种护理工作的有效进行并提升患儿治疗效果，因此值得在临床实践中应用。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing effect of therapeutic communication in pediatric orthopedic nursing. Methods A total of 86 children admitted to the pediatric orthopedics department of our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the observation objects, and the 86 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Children in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while children in the observation group were treated with therapeutic communication nursing methods. The basic data of the two groups of children were analyzed to understand the nursing effects of different nursing methods. Results The nursing effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the active cooperation rate was also higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of therapeutic communication nursing method in pediatric orthopedic nursing can improve the nursing cooperation degree of children, but also can guarantee the effective implementation of a variety of nursing work and improve the therapeutic effect of children, so it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
