Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of PDCA circulation method applied in medical quality management, and explore its clinical applicable value. Methods: 210 patients were selected for the study, and the experimental period was set from March 2021 to December 2022. The two groups were equally divided. 105 patients in the group were designated as the control group and the experimental group. The control group selected routine treatment management, while the experimental group selected high-quality PDCA circulation mode medical quality management to evaluate the final rehabilitation quality and analyze the differences between the groups. Results: After comparing and analyzing the adverse medical practices of the two groups of patients, it was found that the management quality in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: When carrying out nursing interventions for patients in hospital management, it is necessary to avoid the occurrence of adverse events as much as possible, in order to improve the safety of patients.
