Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Duhuo parasitic decoction combined with MTX in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 patients each. Patients in the control group chose MTX oral treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with Duhuo Parasitic Decoction on the basis of the control group. Observe the morning stiffness time, joint tenderness, swelling index, and TNF before and after treatment in both groups of patients- α, Changes in IL-6, C-reactive protein (CRP), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Results The total clinical effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. After treatment, the morning stiffness, tenderness, and swelling index of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the improvement of corresponding indicators in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group. For TNF- α, The decrease of IL-6, CRP, ESR in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The total effective rate of Duhuo parasitic decoction combined with MTX in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is high, and the clinical efficacy is good.
