心理护理在全科医学科慢病管理工作中的作用分析

摘要	分析心理护理在全科医学科慢病管理工作中的作用。方法基于我院于2022年12月～2023年2月收治的60例全科医学科慢病患者为研究对象，经抽签法分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30），对比心理护理在全科医学科慢病管理工作中的运作。结果观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）低于对照组；生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）各维度评分和护理满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对急性阑尾炎术后患者实施耳穴埋籽联合穴位贴敷护理可有效预防或减少腹胀的发生，促进患者快速康复。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the role of psychological nursing in the management of chronic diseases in general practice. Methods: Based on 60 patients with chronic diseases in general medicine from December, 2022 to February, 2023 in our hospital, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by lottery, and the effects of psychological nursing in the management of chronic diseases in general medicine were compared, respectively. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; The comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire (GQOLI-74) showed higher scores in all dimensions and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing ear point seed implantation combined with acupoint application nursing for postoperative patients with acute appendicitis can effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension, and promote rapid recovery of patients.
