摘要
研究多形式案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理教学中的应用效果观察。方法 抽取我院2021年6月-2022年7月耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进行临床护理的护理人员42例,根据随机选取模式选取其中21例,进行常规教学法,即常规组。则剩下21例进行多形式案例教学法,即观察组。最后并对两组护理人员的各项护理专业能力水平以及对教学模式满意度进行统计分析。结果 经过比较分析,观察组护理人员的满意率明显高于常规组;观察组护理人员的各项护理专业能力水平优于常规组,两组基础数据均具有明显差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 多形式案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理教学中应用效果显著。
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of multi form Case method in the teaching of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery nursing. Method: A total of 42 nursing staff from our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected for clinical nursing care in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. 21 of them were randomly selected according to the selection mode and received routine teaching method, namely the routine group. The remaining 21 cases were given the multi form Case method method, namely the observation group. Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the various nursing professional abilities and satisfaction with teaching models of the two groups of nursing staff. Result: After comparative analysis, the satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group; The observation group had better nursing professional abilities than the conventional group, and there was a significant difference in basic data between the two groups (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of multi form Case method method in the nursing teaching of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery is effective.
