中医护理在心血管疾病患者中的应用效果

摘要	分析中医护理在心血管疾病患者中的作用。方法选取我科收治的76例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其随机分为对照组（38例，常规护理）和观察组（38例行，中医护理）。对两组患者的护理效果进行分析。结果两组患者治疗后均取得了一定效果，但观察组在采用中医护理后，其不良心血管事件发生率、生活质量评分、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在心血管疾病患者护理中，采用中医护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效降低其不良心血管事件风险，提升其生活质量，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Method: 76 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our department were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into a control group (38 cases, using conventional nursing) and an observation group (38 cases, using traditional Chinese medicine nursing) according to the random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result: Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group showed better incidence of adverse cardiovascular events, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group after receiving traditional Chinese medicine nursing care, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the care of cardiovascular disease patients, traditional Chinese medicine nursing can achieve better results, effectively reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events, improve their quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
