流程优化在神经外科护理单元中的应用体会

摘要	分析在神经外科护理单元中流程优化的应用及效果。方法 2022年3月到2023年3月本院神经外科收治的患者90例进行分析，其中45例分为研究组，采用流程优化后的护理措施；另外45例分为参照组采用常规护理，统计护理结果。结果研究组满意度及护理质量高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论对护理流程进行优化后，落实到神经外科护理单元中，能够提高整体护理质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application and effect of process optimization in the nursing unit of neurosurgery. Methods 90 patients admitted to neurosurgery department of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were analyzed, 45 of them were divided into study groups, and nursing measures after process optimization were adopted. The other 45 cases were divided into the control group for routine nursing and statistical nursing results. Results The satisfaction and nursing quality of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing process can improve the overall nursing quality by optimizing the nursing process and implementing it into the nursing unit of neurosurgery.
