优质护理对消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者的影响

摘要	分析在消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者的护理中应用优质护理的影响及效果。方法 2022年3月到2023年3月本院收治的消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者110例进行分析，其中55例分为研究组，采用优质护理；另外55例分为参照组采用常规护理，统计护理结果。结果研究组护理后生活质量高于参照组，情绪状态优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者，采用优质护理，能够有效地提高生活质量和情绪状态，值得借鉴和推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect and effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 110 patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were analyzed, among which 55 cases were divided into study groups and received high-quality nursing. The other 55 cases were divided into the control group for routine nursing and statistical nursing results. Results The quality of life after nursing in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the emotional state was better than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer, adopting high-quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and emotional state, which is worth reference and promotion.
