摘要	研究在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者护理中应用手术室系统化护理起到的效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年12月期间本院收治的500例脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者为观察对象，随机将这500例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用手术室系统化护理，护理后通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果应用手术室系统化护理方式的观察组患者心理状况评分优于对照组，患者并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者护理中应用手术室系统护理能够为其提供细致、优质的护理服务，因此能从护理质量保障中提升患者的治疗效果以及生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of operating room systematic nursing in the nursing of patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 500 patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects. These 500 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing methods, while patients in the observation group received systematic nursing in the operating room. After nursing, the basic data of the two groups of patients were analyzed to understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods. Results The psychological status score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of operating room system nursing in the nursing of patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury can provide meticulous and high-quality nursing services, so it can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients from the quality of nursing assurance.
