摘要	总结碘131治疗患者接受基于信息化的健康教育的实效性。方法选取在2020年10月至2021年2月来我院治疗并顺利出院的120例甲状腺癌术后的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表发分为对照组和观察组，每组各60人。其中对照组接受常规的健康教育，观察组接受给予信息化的健康教育干预。通过自制的碘131治疗准备阶段健康教育知识知晓率、出院满意度作为指标进行比较。结果观察组碘131治疗患者对准备阶段的知识知晓率、遵医行为及满意度均显著高于对照组，数据比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论基于信息化的健康教育在碘131治疗患者中的应用效果较好，提高了患者对碘131治疗的认识及住院满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To summarize the effectiveness of iodine-131 treatment patients receiving health education based on information. Methods: A total of 120 patients with thyroid cancer who came to our hospital from October 2020 to February 2021 for treatment and were discharged successfully were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine health education, and the observation group received information health education intervention. The awareness rate of health education in the preparation stage of iodine-131 treatment and the satisfaction rate of discharge were compared. Results: The knowledge awareness rate, compliance behavior and satisfaction of patients treated with iodine-131 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of information-based health education in iodine-131 treatment is good, which can improve patients awareness of iodine-131 treatment and hospitalization satisfaction.
