院前急救联合绿色通道模式在行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术的急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

| 摘要 |
分析对行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术的急性心肌梗死患者应用院前急救联合绿色通道模式的效果。方法 选取本院接收急性心肌梗死患者80例（2020年2月－2021年2月），随机将患者均分为两组，对照组（40例，应用急救护理与PCI术治疗），观察组（40例，应用院前急救联合绿色通道模式并搭配PCI术治疗），对比分析两组预后状况、护理满意率、院前急救及急诊抢救时间。结果 观察组院前急救及急诊抢救时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组好转率为90.00%，对照组好转率为70.00%，差异明显（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意率95.00%，明显高于对照组护理满意率75.00%（P<0.05）。结论 对行PCI术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者应用院前急救联合绿色通道模式效果理想，可减短急救时间，提升护理满意度，利于患者预后，推广可行性较高。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of pre hospital emergency combined with green channel mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction (from February 2020 to February 2021) were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (40 cases, treated with emergency nursing and PCI) and the observation group (40 cases, treated with pre hospital emergency combined with green channel mode and PCI) Pre hospital first aid and emergency rescue time. Results: the time of pre hospital first aid and emergency rescue in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of prehospital emergency combined with green channel mode is ideal for patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI, which can shorten the emergency time, improve nursing satisfaction, benefit the prognosis of patients, and has high feasibility of promotion.
