Objective To study and analyze the effect of high quality nursing in the elderly cadre ward and its effect on preventing falls. Methods 70 elderly patients were selected as research objects, all of whom were admitted to the ward of senior cadres. Consent of all patients had been obtained before the formal study was carried out. Meanwhile, patients were divided into two groups according to the "random number table method", and finally they were divided into two groups, one group was the control group using conventional care, the other group was the observation group using high-quality care. The incidence of falls and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results According to the statistical data, there were 2 cases of fall in the observation group and 7 cases of fall in the control group, the incidence of 5.71% and 20%, respectively. The incidence of fall in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, according to the evaluation results of the satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was as high as 97.14%, the control group was only 82.85%, the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the ward of old cadres can help improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of fall risk.
