| 摘要 |
分析与研讨人文关怀结合护患沟通在门诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法 对我院2022年7月至2022年8月期间收治的126名门诊患者,按照随机排列原则划分为两组,每组各63例。对照组患者采取常规类型门诊护理办法。观察组患者应用人文关怀结合护患沟通办法开展门诊护理。针对门诊护理管理观察指标设置和评价时,应用护理质量、护理满意度和护患关系纠纷事件两方面进行评估。结果 门诊护理质量方面,从门诊便民措施、接诊服务质量、门诊环境质量、秩序维护水平、人文关怀水平五方面来看,观察组得分均高于对照组。通过患者护理满意度进行评估,观察组患者总满意率100%;对照组患者总满意率82.54%。观察组未发生护患关系纠纷事件,对照组发生护患关系纠纷事件2例,纠纷事件总发生几率为3.17%。结论 人文关怀结合护患沟通在门诊护理管理中能够进一步避免护患矛盾和纠纷,有利于提升门诊护理满意度,缓解患者的紧张、焦虑心理,此项护理手段可以进一步推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze and discuss the application value of humanistic care combined with nurse-patient communication in outpatient nursing management. Methods: 126 outpatients from July 2022 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 63 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine out-patient care. The patients in the observation group were treated with humanistic care and nurse-patient communication. Nursing quality, nursing satisfaction and nurse-patient relationship disputes were used to set and evaluate the observation indexes of nursing management in outpatient department. Results: in terms of the quality of out-patient care, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The total satisfaction rate was 100% in the observation group and 82.54% in the control group. No nurse-patient relationship disputes occurred in the observation group, while 2 cases occurred in the control group, with a total probability of 3.17% . Conclusion: humanistic care combined with nurse-patient communication can further avoid conflicts and disputes between nurses and patients in the management of out-patient care, which is beneficial to improve the satisfaction of out-patient care and relieve patients' anxiety and tension, this nursing method can be further popularized and applied.
