Objective: To explore the mode of dual tutorial system in clinical nursing teaching of respiratory department. Methods: from July 2021 to July 2022, in our respiratory practice nursing students, select 50 for the object of the study, with random number lottery method is divided into the teaching 2 groups, control group has 25 nurses, single tutorial system teaching mode, observation group 25 nurses, using double tutor system with teaching mode, the examination of 2 groups of nurses, teaching evaluation index analysis, contrast differences between groups. Results: The theoretical and operation scores of the nursing students were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, (P <0.05); moreover, compared with the evaluation of the teaching, the nursing students were higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: For the respiratory clinical nursing teaching of nursing department, the use of double tutor system teaching mode has the best effect, which can effectively improve the academic performance and satisfaction of nursing students, which is worthy of promoting.
