快速康复护理理念对腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者生活质量的改善探讨

摘要	观探快速康复护理理念对于腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者的应用价值。方法入组72个腹腔镜子宫全切除术病例，依入院时间的先后分别进入对照组、观察组，分别施以常规术后护理、快速康复护理理念指导下的优质术后护理，对比两组的术后相关观测指标、焦虑情绪及生活质量。结果观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间较对照组短，术后1d疼痛评分、出院当天的焦虑评分较对照组低，生活质量较对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论对腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者施行快速康复护理理念指导下的优质护理可助其术后康复速度加快，减轻焦虑情绪并提升生活质量，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective to explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods seventy-two patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy were enrolled into the study group and the control group, the patients in the two groups were given high-quality postoperative nursing under the guidance of routine postoperative nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing. Results compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal function, time of getting out of bed for the first time, shorter hospital stay, lower scores of pain on the first postoperative day and anxiety on the day of discharge, the quality of life was higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion the high-quality nursing under the guidance of fast rehabilitation nursing can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation, reduce anxiety and improve the quality of life.
