| 摘要 |
探析多模式镇痛方法对人工髋关节置换术后患者的疼痛影响。方法 抽调我院2018年8月-2019年8月收治的130例患者进行分组镇痛，A组行常规镇痛，B组行多模式镇痛，比较两组镇痛效果。结果 B组患者的术后镇痛效果明显优于A组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 多模式镇痛方法可有效减轻人工髋关节置换术患者的术后疼痛，最大程度上缓解患者的痛苦，从而提升患者的住院舒适度。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of multi-modal analgesia on the pain of patients after artificial hip replacement. Methods: 130 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected for group analgesia, group A received conventional analgesia, group B received multimodal analgesia, and the analgesic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The postoperative analgesic effect of patients in group B was significantly better than that of group A, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Multi-modal analgesia can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients undergoing artificial hip replacement surgery, relieve the pain of the patient to the greatest extent, and improve the comfort of the patient in hospital.
