| 摘要 |
在神经外科重症患者的临床护理中取规范化护理干预模式应用后所体现的护理效益展开探究。 方法 选入86个神经外科重症病例，以“双盲法”为依据将所有病例随机分入对照组、观察组，分别施以常规护理干预模式、规范化护理干预模式，对比两个组别的凝血四项、下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）发生率与护理满意度。结果 观察组护理2周后的凝血四项改善程度与护理满意度比对照组高，DVT发生率比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 对神经外科重症患者施以规范化护理干预可显著改善凝血四项，降低DVT发生率并提高护理满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing benefits reflected by the application of standardized nursing intervention mode in the clinical nursing of severe neurosurgery patients. Methods 86 severe neurosurgical cases were selected, and all cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group based on the "double-blind method", comparing the routine nursing intervention mode, the incidence of coagulation, lower limb deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and the nursing satisfaction. Results After 2 weeks of care, the observation group improved and better, and the incidence of DVT was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The standardized nursing intervention for severe neurosurgery patients can significantly improve the four coagulation items, reduce the incidence of DVT and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
