Objective: To summarize the effect of cluster nursing on enteral nutrition related diarrhea in patients with severe stroke. Methods: 70 patients with severe stroke who received treatment in our hospital were randomly selected. The time range of admission was from October 2020 to October 2022. The groups were divided according to the method of drawing lots. The nursing effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=35) and cluster nursing intervention (observation group, n=35) were compared. The incidence of enteral nutrition related diarrhea, mechanical ventilation time The length of stay in ICU and the incidence of complications. Results: Comparatively speaking, the incidence of related diarrhea and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing care for patients with severe stroke, and the data comparison between groups: P<0.05; Moreover, the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cluster nursing service has high value in severe stroke patients. It is helpful to reduce the incidence of related diarrhea, reduce the incidence of complications, and help patients shorten the length of stay in ICU. It has high application value and is worth popularizing.
