舒适护理干预联合陪护管理在感染科发热患者中的应用效果研究

摘要	探讨予以感染科发热患者舒适护理+陪护管理的效果。方法选取2021年6月-2022年7月进入本院接受治疗的感染科发热患者（150例）作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组（常规护理）与观察组（舒适护理+陪护管理），每组75例，分析两组的护理舒适度、健康行为、退热时间等。结果护理后，观察组的生理、心理、社会文化、环境评分及总分分别为（16.68±2.57）分、（34.29±4.48）分、（31.78±3.57）分、（24.05±2.15）分、（106.87±12.62）分，均高于对照组的（12.62±2.08）分、（26.48±3.56）分、（29.45±3.34）分、（19.69±1.26）分、（87.94±10.83）分；观察组护理后的健康责任感、营养、运动锻炼、人际关系、自我实现、压力管理评分分别为（30.02±1.78）分、（28.58±2.01）分、（29.68±1.62）分、（31.01±1.62）分、（28.57±2.12）分、（30.01±2.52）分，均较对照组的（25.64±1.69）分、（23.64±1.59）分、（25.65±1.39）分、（26.65±1.48）分、（24.49±1.63）分、（25.23±2.09）分；观察组的SAS、SDS评分分别为（32.26±2.21）分、（38.52±1.55）分，低于对照组的（32.12±2.15）分、（38.58±1.69）分，退热时间为（3.23±0.69）d，短于对照组的（5.85±1.02）d；均差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论在感染科发热患者中，对其进行舒适护理干预并采取陪护管理，能够在一定程度上提高其护理舒适度，改善其健康行为，减轻负面心理，缩短退热时间。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of comfortable nursing + chaperone management on patients with fever in infection department. Methods: 150 patients with fever in the Department of infection who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comfort nursing + nursing management), with 75 cases in each group. The comfort level of nursing, health behavior and time of fever reduction of the two groups were analyzed. Results: After nursing, the physiological, psychological, social and cultural, environmental scores and total scores of the observation group were (16.68±2.57) points, (34.29±4.48) points, (31.78±3.57) points, (24.05±2.15) points, (106.87±12.62) points, respectively. They were higher than the control group (12.62±2.08) points, (26.48±3.56) points, (29.45±3.34) points, (19.69±1.26) points and (87.94±10.83) points. The antipyretic time was (3.23±0.69) d, which was shorter than that in the control group (5.85±1.02) d. All the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In patients with fever in infection department, comfort nursing intervention and attendant management can improve their comfort level of nursing, improve their health behavior, reduce negative psychology and shorten the time of fever.
