认知行为护理用于支气管哮喘患者中的效果及满意度分析

摘要	探讨认知行为护理用于支气管哮喘患者中的效果及满意度分析。方法选取该院 2020 年 6 月到 2021 年 7 月收治的支气管哮喘患者 100 例进行研究，平均分为两组，其中对照组 50 例，给予常规护理，观察组 50 例，给予认知行为护理。比较两种护理手段对慢性支气管炎患者的价值。结果观察组（96.00%）的护理满意度优于对照组（60.00%），观察组患者的 SAS 评分明显低于对照组，2 组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论良好的护理方式具有良好的辅助治疗价值，老年支气管哮喘患者接受适合自己的护理方式能够有效提高疾病的治疗效果，认知行为护理干预应用于支气管哮喘患者，可以提高护理满意度，将不良反应的发生率控制在最低范围内，值得推行运用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effectiveness and satisfaction analysis of cognitive behavioral nursing for patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: A study was conducted on 100 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to July 2021, and they were divided into two groups on average. Among them, 50 patients in the control group were given routine care, while 50 patients in the observation group were given cognitive behavioral care. To compare the value of two nursing methods for patients with chronic bronchitis. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.00%) was better than that of the control group (60.00%), and the SAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Good nursing methods have good auxiliary treatment value. Elderly patients with bronchial asthma can effectively improve the treatment effect of the disease by accepting nursing methods that are suitable for them. Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention applied to patients with bronchial asthma can improve nursing satisfaction, control the incidence of adverse reactions to a minimum, and is worth promoting and applying.
