| 摘要 |
分析对消化科疾病患者实施人文关怀护理的应用效果。方法 本次研究中选取84例患者作为研究对象，其均被确认为消化系统疾病，符合参与本次实验的入组标准，并采取随机数字法将患者分配为对照组、观察组，每组42例，于前者中应用常规护理，后者需在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理，对比其临床效果。结果 在实施护理后，两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪均有改善，其中应用人文关怀的观察组患者其焦虑、抑郁情绪改善情况更优，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组患者中，对护理措施十分满意者21例，一般满意19例，不满意2例，满意度95.23%；反观对照组，达到以上满意程度的患者数分别为18例、16例、8例，满意度80.95%，观察组满意度更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 对消化科疾病患者应用人文关怀护理可进一步提升护理效果。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the application effect of humanistic care for patients with gastroenterological diseases. Methods: In this study, 84 patients were selected as the research objects. All of them were confirmed as digestive system diseases and met the entry criteria for participating in this experiment. The patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group by a random number method, each group In 42 cases, routine nursing was used in the former, while the latter needed to implement humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing to compare its clinical effects. Results: After the implementation of nursing care, the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients improved, and the improvement of the anxiety and depression of the observation group who applied humanistic care was better (P<0.05). Secondly, in the observation group, 21 cases were very satisfied with the nursing measures, 19 cases were generally satisfied, 2 cases were dissatisfied, and the satisfaction degree was 95.23%. In contrast, the number of patients in the control group who reached the above satisfaction levels were 18, 16, and 16, respectively. In 8 cases, the satisfaction rate was 80.95%, and the observation group was more satisfied (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of humanistic care for patients with gastroenterological diseases can further enhance the nursing effect.
