Objective To explore the impact of out of hospital nursing based on the IKAP concept on medication belief and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. Method Sixty patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received out of hospital care based on the IKAP concept. Compare the medication belief, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, proportion of readmission within six months, and incidence of out of hospital complications between the two groups before and after nursing care. Result The medication belief and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The proportion of re admission within six months was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of out of hospital complications was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of out of hospital care based on the IKAP concept in patients with chronic heart failure has a definite effect, which can effectively improve their medication belief and quality of life, reduce the proportion of re admission within six months, the incidence of out of hospital complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
