安全静脉留置针在心内科的临床应用及护理

摘要	探讨安全静脉留置针在心内科的临床应用及护理。方法将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 80 例心内科安全静脉留置针留置患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施全方位护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分、满意度、留置针并发症率。结果实验组焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，留置针并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论心内科安全静脉留置针留置患者实施全方位护理效果确切，可有效减轻患者不良情绪，减少并发症和提升满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing of safe intravenous indwelling needle in cardiology. Method From January 2021 to December 2022, 80 patients with safe intravenous indwelling needles in the cardiology department of our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive care. Compare the SAS scores for anxiety and SDS scores for depression, satisfaction, and incidence of complications with indwelling catheters between the two groups before and after nursing care. Result The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The complication rate of indwelling needle was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care for patients with safe intravenous indwelling needles in cardiology is effective, which can effectively alleviate negative emotions, reduce complications, and improve satisfaction.
