Objective To analyze the predictive nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in the treatment of neck of femur fracture. Methods 50 patients with neck of femur fracture were selected from our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group by using a random number table. Among them, patients who took conventional nursing care were the reference group, and FTS predictive nursing care was the experimental group, with 25 cases in each group. Compare and analyze the nursing effects of two groups. Result The negative emotion scores of the two groups were significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). The pain scores of the experimental group were significantly lower compared to the two groups (P<0.05). The comparison of hip joint function scores between the two groups showed that the experimental group had a significantly higher score (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group compared to the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing based on FTS in neck of femur fracture has obvious effect, which can alleviate patients negative emotions, reduce their pain, improve their hip joint function, and reduce complications. This nursing method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
