希望理论干预与安宁疗护在肿瘤晚期病人中的应用

摘要	分析在肿瘤晚期病人中开展希望理论干预与安宁疗护的应有效果。方法随机筛选我医院收治的肿瘤晚期患者 60例,将所有患者分成观察组 30 例和对照组 30例。给予对照组常规护理管理，给予观察组希望理论干预与安宁疗护，详细比对两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组护理管理质量、患者自我效能感、治疗依从性以及对疾病接受程度同对照组相比均显著提升，焦虑程度和癌痛程度与对照组相比显著改善，（P＜0.05）。结论将希望理论干预与安宁疗护应用于肿瘤晚期病人中，可进一步提升患者对疾病接受程度以及身心舒适度，减轻患者的病痛折磨。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of hope theory intervention and hospice care in patients with advanced tumor. Methods 60 patients with advanced tumor admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) . The control group was given routine nursing management, the observation group was given theoretical intervention and hospice care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared in detail. Results After nursing, the quality of nursing management, patients self-efficacy, treatment compliance and the degree of disease acceptance in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the degree of anxiety and cancer pain were significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05) . Conclusion The application of hope theory intervention and hospice care in advanced cancer patients can further improve the degree of acceptance and physical and mental comfort of patients, and reduce the pain and suffering of patients.
