摘要
分析老年慢阻肺合并焦虑抑郁患者在治疗期间开展叙事护理的效果。方法 研究纳入患者100例(时间为2021年12月至2022年12月),结合数字表分组方式划分对照组(50例,进行常规护理支持),观察组(50例,开展叙事护理)。分析患者恢复期间心理状态等指标。结果 对比患者治疗期间心理量表评分,干预前评分无显著差异,干预后观察组较低,P<0.05。对比患者生活质量评分,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。统计两组患者对护理满意度评价,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在常规护理支持的基础上对老年慢阻肺合并焦虑抑郁患者进行叙事护理,可以缓解患者心理压力,提升患者生活质量水平,提升患者护理满意度。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and anxiety and depression during treatment. Methods 100 patients (from December 2021 to December 2022 ) were included in the study, and divided into control group (50 cases, with routine nursing support) and observation group (50 cases, with narrative nursing) according to the digital table grouping. Analyze the psychological status and other indicators of patients during recovery. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the psychological scale of the patients during the treatment period before the intervention, but the scores of the observation group were lower after the intervention (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The evaluation of nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with anxiety and depression on the basis of routine nursing support can relieve the psychological pressure of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve their nursing satisfaction.
