摘要
探讨基于知识宣教的护理干预在消化内镜诊疗患者中对ESCA评分及护理满意度的效果。方法 将我院2021年3月-2022年3月80例消化内镜诊疗患者,双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组实施基于知识宣教的护理干预。比较两组护理前后ESCA评分、护理满意度。结果 干预组ESCA评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组, P<0.05。结论 消化内镜诊疗患者实施基于知识宣教的护理干预效果确切,有利于加强患者的自我护理能力,提高护理满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on knowledge education on ESCA score and nursing satisfaction in patients diagnosed and treated with digestive endoscopy. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, 80 patients with digestive endoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given nursing intervention based on knowledge education. The ESCA score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The ESCA score and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The nursing intervention based on knowledge education for patients with digestive endoscopy is effective, which is conducive to strengthening patients self-care ability and improving nursing satisfaction.
