摘要
研究在门诊护理管理中应用人性化管理方式起到作用。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年11月本院门诊收治的90例患者为研究对象,随机将这90例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者门诊管理中应用常规管理方式,观察组门诊护理管理中应用人性化管理,通过对两组患者门诊治疗多种状况研究来了解不同护理管理方式起到的管理效果。结果 应用人性化管理的观察组患者就诊满意率高于对照组,患者对门诊护理工作评分也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊护理管理中应用人性化管理方式能够保障护理工作的有序、规范进行,也能从护理质量保障中提升患者的就医满意度。
Abstract
Objective To study the role of humanized management in outpatient nursing management. Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. These 90 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Conventional management was applied to the outpatient management of patients in the control group, while humanized management was applied to the outpatient nursing management of patients in the observation group. Through the two groups of patients outpatient treatment of a variety of conditions to understand the management effect of different nursing management. Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of patients on outpatient nursing work was also better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized management in outpatient nursing management can not only ensure the orderly and standardized nursing work, but also improve patients satisfaction with medical treatment from the guarantee of nursing quality.
