摘要	研究在泌尿外科患者围术期应用快速康复外科联合中医护理起到的临床效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院泌尿外科收治的手术患者70例，将这70例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用快速康复外科护理联合中医护理方式，通过对两组患者基本资料对比来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果应用快速康复外科联合中医护理方式的观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，观察组患者护理中并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在泌尿外科患者围术期应用快速康复外科联合中医护理方式能够为患者提供细致、优质的护理服务，也能从护理质量保障中提升患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in urological patients during perioperative period. Methods Seventy surgical patients admitted to the Department of Urology in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Through the comparison of the basic data of the two groups of patients, the nursing effect of different nursing methods can be understood. Results The life quality score of patients in the observation group using rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of urological patients can provide meticulous and high-quality nursing services for patients, and also improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients from the guarantee of nursing quality.
