Objective To implement comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with ^99mTc-MDP and analyze the application effect. Methods For 80 patients with ^99mTc-MDP systemic bone scan from January 2021 to September 2022, the patients were divided into two groups according to the randomization method, the control group was routine care, the observation group was comprehensive care intervention, and the treatment results were compared. Results According to the data, the pass rate of ^99mTc-MDP in the observation group was 90.0%, which was higher than 75.0% in the control group, having statistical significance (P <0.05). Meanwhile, in the survey of patient anxiety and depression, the observation group was lower than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). In the comfort evaluation of the patients, the patients in the observation group had higher scores than the control group in all four aspects, with significant differences (P <0.05). Finally, in the feedback of the nursing satisfaction questionnaire, the total score of patients in the observation group (94.56 ± 1.86) was higher than that of the control group (87.65 ± 2.10), and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with ^99mTc-MDP systemic bone scan is helpful to ensure qualified imaging, relieve the bad mood of patients, and also help patients to improve their satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
