Objective To study the effect of emergency rapid green channel care on acute fast poisoning. Methods From January 2018 to June 2022, 80 patients treated in the emergency department of our hospital were selected for study, and divided into control group and observation group. There are 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the observation group. The patients in the control group adopted routine care, and those in the patients in the observation group used the emergency rapid green care channel for nursing, and compared the treatment time and effect of the patients in the two groups. Results The treatment time of patients in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the patient satisfaction was better than that of the control group. The data were significant by statistical analysis, P <0.05; the complication rate of patients under observation group was less than that of the control group, and the data were statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion Emergency fast green channel nursing can improve the treatment effect of patients with acute rapid poisoning, reduce the incidence of complications and treatment time, and improve patient satisfaction, which should be vigorously promoted in clinical treatment.
