Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing for the prevention of postoperative complications of ovarian cyst surgery. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022, 70 undergraduate patients with ovarian cyst surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received evidence-based nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. Compare the length of hospital stay and other indicators. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was as low as 0.0%, which was lower than 14.29% in the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative ambulation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay of the experimental group were (11.38±2.51) h, (15.39±2.18) h, (6.47±1.05) d, respectively compared with the control group (14.68±2.97) h, (18.34±3.16) h, (7.93±1.24) d shorter (P < 0.05). VAS score: At the end of intervention, the score of the experimental group was (3.05±0.92), which was lower than that of the control group (4.53±1.01) (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.14%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.14%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing in ovarian cyst surgery, the postoperative rehabilitation process is faster, the incidence of complications is lower, the pain is relieved more quickly, and the satisfaction is higher.
