摘要	探讨人文关怀下综合护理在门诊耳鼻咽喉内镜检查中的应用价值。方法将2021年1月-2022年5月。我院门诊进行耳鼻咽喉内镜检查的110例患者随机分组,并分析不同护理方式的应用效果。结果本研究中实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，不良反应的发生率低于对照组，且心理状态改善更加理想，优于对照组，对比检查后的疼痛程度，实验组更低，P＜0.05。结论人文关怀下综合护理能提高门诊耳鼻咽喉内镜检查患者的依从性，减少不良心态的发生，使其检查的舒适性更高，降低风险事件的发生。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing under humanistic care in outpatient otorhinolaryngology endoscopy. Methods A total of 110 cases of otorhinolaryngological endoscopy patients in outpatient department of our hospital from February 21.1 to February 22.5 were randomly grouped, and the application effects of different nursing methods were analyzed. Results In this study, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group, and the improvement of psychological state was more ideal, better than the control group, compared with the degree of pain after examination, the experimental group was lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing under humanistic care can improve the compliance of patients with otolaryngology endoscopy in outpatient department, reduce the occurrence of adverse mentality, make the examination more comfortable, and reduce the occurrence of risk events.
