Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on skin after radiotherapy for breast cancer. Methods 92 patients with breast cancer treated by post-operative radiotherapy from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and grouped according to the order of admission. 46 patients admitted first were included in the control group, and 46 patients admitted later were included in the observation group. Routine nursing and targeted skin care were implemented respectively, and the degree of skin damage, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results ① The degree of skin lesions. The incidence of grade 0 and grade 1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The incidence of grade 2, grade 3 and grade 4 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); ② Quality of life score. The quality of life scores of the six dimensions of role function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); ③ Nursing satisfaction. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (95.65%) was higher than that of the control group (78.26%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Targeted skin care for breast cancer patients after radiotherapy can effectively reduce the degree of skin damage and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
