Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on FTS concept in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the urinary system in our hospital and its influence on the rehabilitation effect. Methods From January 2019 to September 2022, 200 cases of urological patients treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing, while the experimental group implemented nursing intervention based on FTS concept, and compared the operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, time to get out of bed, first anal exhaust time, hospital stay, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing. Results The duration of operation, the time of getting out of bed after operation, the time of first anal exhaust and the time of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group; The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention based on FTS concept has a good effect in the nursing of patients with urinary laparoscopic surgery in our hospital. It can shorten the duration of the operation, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, promote the recovery of patients after surgery, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, help to improve nursing satisfaction, and has clinical application value.
