摘要	研究应用健康教育联合心脏康复护理干预对心绞痛患者在其围手术期护理中的临床疗效和具体价值。方法本次研究的病例数为170例，均来自于2017年10月-2022年12月期间我院收治的心绞痛患者，根据奇偶数随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组，并对两组患者的健康知识掌握程度、生活质量评分、护理满意度及护理依从性进行评价分析。结果观察组包括发病原因、治疗方法、发病早期症状、术后注意事项、科室制度、服药依从性、出院注意事项及饮食方法在内的健康知识掌握程度、包括生理功能、活力、情感职能、社交功能、躯体疼痛及总体健康在内的生活质量评分、包括住院注意事项、护理态度、病房管理、基础护理工作及工作能力在内的护理满意度以及护理依从性均更高。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论应用实施健康教育联合心脏康复护理干预对心绞痛患者在其围手术期护理中护理质量与护理效率效果显著，能够提高患者的健康知识掌握程度、生活质量，改善护理安全性和护理依从性，值得在临床上进行推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect and specific value of health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with angina pectoris in their perioperative nursing. Methods The number of cases in this study was 170, all of which were from patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2022. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even number randomization principle, and their mastery of health knowledge, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance were evaluated and analyzed. Results In the observation group, health knowledge mastery (including the cause of the disease, treatment methods, early symptoms of the disease, postoperative precautions, department system, medication compliance, discharge precautions and diet methods), quality of life score (including physiological function, vitality, emotional function, social function, physical pain and general health) and nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance (including the hospitalization precautions, nursing attitude, ward management, basic nursing work and working ability) were higher. The inter-group value (P<0.05) indicates that there is comparative significance. Conclusion The application of health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention has a significant effect on the quality and efficiency of care of patients with angina pectoris in their perioperative nursing, which can improve the level of patients health knowledge and quality of life, improve nursing safety and nursing compliance, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
