一例银屑病合并妊娠孕妇分娩期的个案护理

摘要	本文介绍了一例银屑病合并妊娠孕妇阴道分娩的护理经验。2022年8月22日-2022年8月26日期间，患者因糖尿病、银屑病、妊娠合并巨大儿、高龄妊娠监督、晚期妊娠入院待产，建立以助产专科护士为主导的护理团队，对患者进行产科、新生儿科、营养科、院内压疮小组的多团队合作，全面评估制定护理措施，给予心理支持、血糖管理、皮肤护理、饮食指导、用药指导等，患者顺利经阴道分娩一男婴，母婴平安出院。通过多学科团队合作，护理人员应根据银屑病合并妊娠分娩期的病情变化情况制定并实施个性化护理，改善母婴结局，减少产后并发症发生。
Abstract	This article introduces the nursing experience of vaginal delivery of a pregnant woman with psoriasis complicated with pregnancy. During the period from August 22, 2022 to August 26, 2022, patients were admitted to the hospital for delivery due to diabetes, psoriasis, pregnancy complicated macrosomia, elderly pregnancy supervision and pregnancy. A nursing team led by midwifery specialist nurses was established to conduct multi team cooperation among obstetrics, neonatology, nutrition department, and hospital pressure sore group, comprehensively evaluate and formulate nursing measures, and provide psychological support, blood glucose management, skin care, diet guidance and so on. The patient delivered a baby boy through vagina and the mother and baby were discharged safely. Through multi-disciplinary team cooperation, nursing staff should formulate and implement personalized nursing according to the change of the condition of psoriasis combined with pregnancy and delivery, improve the maternal and infant outcomes, and reduce postpartum complications.
