Objective To explore the influence of midwifery care on primary maternal delivery and nursing satisfaction. Methods 50 cases of primipara treated in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research goal, and divided into two groups according to the order of diagnosis and treatment, including 25 in the control group and 25 in the observation group. The nursing plan is traditional nursing and midwifery nursing. After statistical evaluation of the survey data, which method is better, and the ratio analysis is given. Results The incidence of adverse birth outcomes, bleeding index and negative emotions were lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score and quality of life were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion After the development of the responsibility system of midwifery care, it can effectively improve the outcome of childbirth, reduce bleeding, improve the living standard, and the satisfaction of nursing care is high, which is worth promotion and application.
