Objective To explore the utility value of predictive nursing procedures in the nursing of senile dementia. Methods The comparison experiment 106 cases of patients are Alzheimers disease, taking blind suction way according to the difference of nursing mode grouping. The application of conventional nursing mode was the control group and the implementation of predictive nursing procedures was the observation group with 53 cases of patients respectively. The actual application effects of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental data showed that the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Meanwhile, the scores of MMSE, CMAI and ADL in the observation group were better than those in the control group and before nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion For the patients with senile dementia, the mental state and agitated emotional behavior of the patients were significantly improved after the use of predictive nursing procedures, and the daily living ability was improved, and the incidence of adverse events was significantly reduced.
