Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing hip replacement. Methods A total of 70 patients with femoral neck fracture who received hip replacement in our hospital from September 2021 to November 2022 were selected and grouped by random number table method. The control group (routine care, 35 cases) and the observation group (predictive care, 35 cases) were analyzed for the recovery of hip function, quality of life and adverse events in the two groups. Results The Harris score and total score of hip joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the quality of life score was higher, and the incidence of adverse events was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of femoral neck fracture with hip replacement, predictive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of hip function to a certain extent, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
