Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative urinary calculi patients and its influence on psychological state. Methods The study period began from May 2019 to May 2021. The study subjects were 96 patients with urinary calculi. After admission, they were randomly divided into the study group (n=48) and the reference group (n=48) and were treated surgically. The reference group implemented routine nursing, the study group implemented rapid rehabilitation nursing, and the intervention effect was compared. Results Compared with the reference group, the pain degree and psychological status of the study group were lower. The study group has a lower incidence of complications; The postoperative recovery effect is better; The above differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing can reduce the degree of postoperative pain in patients with urinary calculi, improve the adverse psychology, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the faster recovery of patients.
