Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing on emergency treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From March 2022 to March 2023 in our hospital, 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, namely, 30 cases in the predictive group (predictive nursing) and 30 cases in the traditional group (routine nursing). The results of emergency treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate of the predictive group was 6.67% (2/30), which was significantly lower than that of the traditional group (23.33% (7/30) (P< 0.05)). The psychological function (87.12±3.90) score, social function (88.15±3.42) score, physical function (86.95 ±3.74) score, material life (89.10±4.02) score in the predictive group after nursing, which are significantly greater than the traditional group (73.95±4.26), (75.08±4.09), (74.49±3.83), (75.93±4.31) (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the effect of predictive nursing is ideal, which is conducive to reducing the risk of complications. Timely control the disease, reduce the damage to the brain tissue, improve the prognosis, and improve the quality of life of patients, clinical application value is obvious.
