摘要	研究人文关怀护理干预用于重症肺炎患者的效果。方法病例是2022年收治的90例重症肺炎患者。常规干预组内，45例接受常规护理。人文关怀护理干预组内，45例接受人文关怀护理干预。观察效果。结果人文关怀护理干预组的遵医依从性评分，对比常规干预组[（3.64±0.33）分对比（2.29±0.21）分]更高，p＜0.05。人文关怀护理干预组的焦虑（HAMA）评分，对比常规干预组[（6.89±0.44）分对比（9.78±1.14）分]更低，p＜0.05。人文关怀护理干预组的人工气道时间，对比常规干预组[（6.15±1.03）d对比（9.48±1.58）d]更短，p＜0.05。人文关怀护理干预组的并发症发生率，对比常规干预组（2.22%对比22.22%）更低，p＜0.05。人文关怀护理干预组的病情控制优良率，对比常规干预组（97.78%对比77.78%）更高，p＜0.05。结论将人文关怀护理干预，用于重症肺炎患者，对病情控制的影响更加显著。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of humanistic care intervention in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods The cases were 90 patients with severe pneumonia admitted in 2022. Within the routine intervention group, 45 patients received usual care. Within the humanistic care intervention group, 45 patients received the humanistic care care intervention. Observe effect. Results Compliance score in the humanistic care intervention group was higher than in the conventional intervention group [(3.64 ± 0.33) versus (2.29 ± 0.21)], p <0.05. The anxiety (HAMA) score in the humanistic care intervention group was lower than in the conventional intervention group [(6.89 ± 0.44) versus (9.78 ± 1.14)], p <0.05. The artificial airway time in the humanistic care intervention group was shorter than the conventional intervention group [(6.15 ± 1.03) d versus (9.48 ± 1.58) d], p <0.05. The complication rate in the humanistic care intervention group was lower than in the conventional intervention group (2.22% versus 22.22%), p <0.05. The excellent rate of excellent condition control in the humanistic care intervention group was higher than that in the conventional intervention group (97.78% versus 77.78%), p <0.05. Conclusion The humanistic care intervention for patients with severe pneumonia has a more significant impact on disease control.
