综合护理在女性精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者中的效果分析

摘要	分析在女性精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者中应用综合护理的临床价值。方法选出本院2021年2月~2023年2月的76例女性精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者，分组方式：抽签法。选取38例患者行常规护理指导，即参照组，选取38例患者行综合护理，即研究组，比较护理后的不良情绪评分、生活质量、睡眠质量、阴性、阳性症状评分。结果 2组患者在护理前的不良情绪评分差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05；护理后研究组SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于参照组，P＜0.05。研究组生活质量分值，在生理功能、心理功能、精神健康和躯体疼痛等方面，显著高于参照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。护理前2组患者的睡眠质量、阴性症状评分和阳性症状评分差异无意义，P＞0.05；护理后研究组患者的睡眠质量评分、阴性症状评分和阳性症状评分显著低于参照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论在女性精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者中应用综合护理对不良情绪以及生活质量的改善具有积极作用，同时也可有效缓解精神症状，可作为临床疾病的首选。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in female schizophrenia patients with sleep disorders. Methods From February 2021 to February 2023, 76 female patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders were selected from our hospital. Thirty-eight patients were selected to receive routine nursing guidance (reference group), and 38 patients were selected to receive comprehensive nursing (study group). The negative mood score, quality of life, quality of sleep, negative and positive symptom score after nursing were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the score of negative emotion between 2 groups before nursing, P > 0.05; After nursing, SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). The QOL of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group in terms of physiological function, mental function, mental health and physical pain, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in sleep quality, negative symptom score and positive symptom score between 2 groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the sleep quality score, negative symptom score and positive symptom score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in female schizophrenia patients with sleep disorders has a positive effect on the improvement of bad mood and quality of life, and can also effectively relieve mental symptoms, and can be used as the first choice for clinical diseases.
