Objective To analyze a case of suppurative meningitis caused by diphtheria pertussis and poliomyelitis vaccine, so as to provide reference for treatment of suspected abnormal vaccination reaction; Methods Collect the case data, and carry out a series of investigations and comprehensive analysis; Results The purulent meningitis of the children had nothing to do with vaccination, but belonged to vaccination coincidence; Conclusion Strengthen the monitoring, diagnosis and treatment of suspected cases of abnormal vaccination reaction, do a good job in vaccine management, strictly regulate the requirements of vaccination, master the vaccination contraindications, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and coincidence, improve the diagnostic thinking of clinicians, and avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.
